In order to support the professionals of the PDO wine industry in the Gironde department, the CIVB (Interprofessional Council of the Wine of Bordeaux) has implemented an Aigle application to answer the tracking problems of the viticultural interventions. This tool also enables the management of the wine-producing heritage and the protection of the terroirs.
