The Haute’s Garonne’s Departmental Council has organized the yearly festival « 31 Notes d’été » for 14 years. Composed of 34 free music, dance, musical theatre, circus and movie concert performances, it emphasizes 34 towns of the department. Pre-performance events allow the festival-goers to discover the Haute-Garonne’s heritage : guided and animated tours, sporty discovery trails, theme hikes, tasting tours etc. This year, the festival will take place from the 6^th July until the 19^th August.
