Ciril GROUP supports research again cancer and joins a French sporting challenge named "À vos baskets" ("Put on your sneakers"). This challenge is being launched by the Léon Bérard health and cancer research center, located in Lyon, France, for the 2nd year in a row.
Léon Bérard is a recognized health and cancer research center in Lyon, France, with over 500 scientists studying cancer and related treatments. Léon Bérard being constantly seeking funds to improve reception and care services towards patients on top of scientific research budgets, an innovative idea grew last year: challenge private companies and make them cycle, run, walk etc. while promising a donation for the number of kilometers traveled. Donations, once the challenge is over, will contribute to financing a new hall for physical activity adapted to patients, as well as recruiting specialized sports coaches.

Update of Wednesdays 26 June 2019: Challenge taken up! Ciril GROUP employees took turns throughout the week to reach the maximum donation amount set by the challenge: with nearly 3,000 kilometres overed, Ciril GROUP will make a donation of 10,000 Euros that will help finance the development of a physical activity space adapted for patients! Ciril GROUP also records the highest number of kilometres covered and congratulates all its riders on this outstanding performance.
